Taylor Swift, Woman of the Decade, Steals the Spotlight at Billboard's Music Event

Taylor Swift is closing out 2019 on a high note as Billboard's first-ever woman of the decade. On Thursday night, the "Lover" singer was one of the guests of honor at the publication's Women in Music event in LA alongside other stars like Billie Eilish, Alicia Keys, and Rosalía. Wearing a blue jumpsuit, Taylor looked absolutely gorgeous as she posed for the cameras on the pink carpet. During the show, Taylor was presented her award by Jameela Jamil, and she delivered an empowering acceptance speech that touched on her career evolution over the past 10 years, sexism in the industry, and the bright future that lies ahead for women in music.

It's certainly been a huge year for Taylor. In addition to releasing her seventh album, Lover, in August, the singer hit a ton of milestones in her career and personal life. During the American Music Awards last month, she was named the artist of the decade and made history as the show's most awarded artist with 28 wins. On Dec. 13, she is turning 30 years old, which she will celebrate by headlining Z100's Jingle Ball in NYC.

After all of her success this year, we can't wait to see what Taylor will accomplish in 2020! See more pictures of her from the Billboard event ahead.
