Harry and Meghan Look Happy to Be Back During Their First Public Engagement of 2020

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped out for their first appearance of 2020, and they both looked incredibly happy to be back. The couple visited Canada House in London on Jan. 7, to thank the country for their hospitality after the couple and their 8-month-old son Archie took a trip there during their six-week break from royal duties.

To begin their short visit, they were greeted by Janice Charette, high commissioner in Canada to the UK, and also took time to meet the crowds, who were enthusiastically waving Canadian flags to celebrate the visit. While there, the couple spoke about their time in Vancouver, and Meghan reportedly said it was beautiful. They then stopped by the Canada Gallery to view an exhibition by Canadian artist Skawennati.

This is the first royal engagement of what is probably going to be a packed 2020 schedule for the Sussexes (including Princess Beatrice's wedding), although much of their engagements will likely be under wraps until nearer the time.
