Paris was cast as Alexa on the Netflix sitcom Alexa & Katie in 2017 by Hannah Montana showrunner Heather Wordham. Paris spoke about portraying a high school student with cancer, saying the experience was "really eye-opening." The series concluded after its third season, which premiered on June 13, 2020.
