July 2020: They Adopt a Dog

Dua and Anwar are a family of three! Meet their sweet fur baby, Dexter, whom they rescued from the Labelle Foundation, a nonprofit animal-rescue organization. Dexter celebrated his first birthday in May and enjoys long walks on the beach, cuddles, and playing with objects twice his size. On Instagram, Dua described their fam as "3 peaaaaz in a pod."

The singer dropped a sultry music video for a remix of her smash hit "Levitating" featuring Madonna and Missy Elliott on Aug. 14, and with it came a very special surprise: a cameo from her boyfriend! In her interview, she revealed that though at times it might not seem like it, both she and Anwar like to keep their relationship private. "We have all these incredible memories and experiences, and if there's something that we want to share together, then OK, that's fun," she told the magazine, referencing the moments she has shared to Instagram. "But at the same time, we're quite private — we'll only show you as much as we want you to see." The "We're Good" singer explained the whole thing has been "a little bit of give and take."
