Henry and Liv welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Lyla, on March 31, 2021. Both parents shared Instagram posts surrounding their baby girl's birth on April 5, 2021. In the caption of a black-and-white family photo, Henry wrote of Liv: "This woman right here. Beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Your strength brought us our greatest joy. Thank you, I love you ♥️"

Liv shared a gallery of photos of the day she gave birth, writing, "On March 31st our lives changed forever."

In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Henry shared a bit about what his daughter was like at just 3 months old. "Every morning it's like she comes up with something new, something exciting," he said. "She makes this look at you or she smiles. Every day is a joy."
