Tyler Hoechlin also appears to be single. While the actor has been linked to a number of famous faces, he's only ever opened up about his relationship with "Glee" dancer Rachele Brooke Smith. In a May 2011 interview with Seventeen, Hoechlin revealed that he and Smith had been together for "two years" at that point and they were able to keep their relationship going strong by prioritizing the "little things."
"My girlfriend and I never let each other forget how much we love each other," he said. "It's all about reminding the other person how important and special she is to you."
The pair reportedly broke up in 2012. Hoechlin then dated "Pitch Perfect" star Brittany Snow from 2012 to 2015. The couple attended several events together, including the 2013 Teen Choice Awards and the 2015 premiere of "Pitch Perfect 2."
