According to the outlet, the filing in Fulton County Superior Court states that the rapper is already separated from the TV host, and the two have signed a prenuptial agreement. Jeezy is seeking joint legal custody of the couple's one and only daughter, Monaco Mai Jenkins, whose birth was announced in January 2022. Jeezy and Mai Jenkins have not publicly addressed their split, and reps for the two did not immediately respond to POPSUGAR's requests for comment.
