Tiesi began dating former NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel in late 2016, as reported by People. The two got engaged sometime in the early spring of 2017 and wed in a private civil ceremony in a California courthouse a year later. "He is telling people close to him [about the wedding]," a source told the outlet at the time. "They didn't invite anyone but a couple of witnesses. I think they'll have a party later."
Tiesi and Manziel's marriage was short-lived, however. Following suspicions of Manziel cheating on Tiesi when she was away on vacation, the two called it quits in March 2019, as reported by People. "They fought like cats and dogs," an insider revealed to the outlet. "One minute they were together, the next minute they were going to split up. Then they were going to reconcile. It went back and forth for days. They really hit a rough patch."
The "Selling Sunset" star filed for divorce in December 2019, and it was ultimately finalized in November 2021. In a Q&A on her Instagram Story in January 2023, Tiesi revealed she doesn't want to get married again, writing (via Page Six), "[I've] only dreamed of traveling the world and creating an empire and living life to the fullest with my kid."
