Emma Watson and John Boyega Uncover the Dark Side of the Internet in The Circle Trailer

The trailer for The Circle dropped on Thursday, and we are kind of freaked out. In the film adaptation of Dave Eggers's 2013 novel, Emma Watson stars as Mae, a recent college graduate who slowly starts to realize her new tech and social media company, The Circle, isn't as perfect as it might seem. After her employers encourage everyone to live their lives with 100 percent transparency, Mae quickly realizes that nobody is safe. If Watson's performance doesn't win you over, rest assured the cast also includes Oscar winner Tom Hanks and Star Wars' John Boyega.
