McCarthy is a given. She's worked with Murray on St. Vincent, so she's already got a leg up in playing the role he originated. Plus, McCarthy has worked with Feig on Bridesmaids and The Heat. Her outlandish comedy style suits the role perfectly; done deal.

How funny would Silverman be as the slightly aloof, horny, comic relief of the team?

If Silverman is unavailable, Schumer would be just as great. She's not afraid of raunchy humor, and she's working with Feig's frequent collaborator, Judd Apatow, on a movie right now. It's only a matter of time before she lands a role.

Leggero steals the spotlight of any TV show or movie she's in, and that's exactly what Venkman does, too. She's got the same swagger, and she'd be fun to see in a leading role.

We're been loving seeing Bullock's comedic side come out lately, and what better project to see her reteam with her The Heat costar and director than a new Ghostbusters movie? Plus, have you even seen Love Potion No. 9? Lady knows how to play it geeky.

Feig served as a writer for Freaks and Geeks, in which Cardellini was the star. She's recently taken forays into drama (Mad Men), but she's so funny. She would be a great choice to fill in Winston's shoes.

Look, if Kendrick can hang with an a capella troupe, she can get along with some Ghostbusters.
