You might assume that because ballerinas encapsulate all that is graceful and ethereal they're all cut from the same cloth, but we just watched a video that makes us think otherwise.

In a scene from Knock Knock, Rachel Antonoff's new series from POPSUGAR and Watchable, Cats the Musical dancer Georgina Pazcoguin says she sees herself as more of a "rogue ballerina." After giving Rachel a backstage tour of Broadway's Cats — a musical revival that tells the story of a tribe of cats — and inviting her to dress up as a performer (seen in the image above), she shares a bit about how she identifies with her craft. "I [don't have] the quintessential ballerina personality. I'm super outgoing, I'm a very strong woman, and I just decided to embrace the differences."

Pazcoguin's willingness to portray the feminine dancer is a nice reminder that feeling rogue can be a good thing. What's important is being true to who you are, and not focusing on fitting the mold.
