Ready for yet another adaptation of a dystopian young adult novel? Right in time for the release of Divergent comes the trailer for The Maze Runner, the big-screen version of James Dashner's triloy of YA novels. In the first film, Teen Wolf's Dylan O'Brien plays main character Thomas, a teen boy who wakes up with no memories in a community called the Glade, only to discover that he is just one of 50 other teen boys trapped inside a maze. The only hope for a escape? Find a way through the maze, in spite of all the dangers around it. The trailer makes the movie look like it'll be in the same vein of Divergent and The Hunger Games, only with a male lead character and its own unique (but tonally similar) plot. The Maze Runner also stars Game of Thrones' Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Kaya Scodelario, and Will Poulter and it comes out Sept. 19. Watch the trailer now, and let us know what you think.
