The wet 'n' wild trailer for the sequel to Neighbors is finally here, and it does not disappoint. When the rowdy ladies of the Kappa Nu sorority — led by Chloë Grace Moretz — move in next door to Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Rose Byrne), all hell breaks loose. The proud parents have a second baby on the way and want to ditch their old house for a new one in the suburbs, but there's no chance of selling with the raging parties going on 10 feet away. Naturally they enlist the help of former frat boy and one-time nemesis Teddy, played by the charming Zac Efron, who agrees to help infiltrate Kappa Nu.
