The Last Few Seconds of The Nun Trailer Will Give You Endless Nightmares

If you saw The Conjuring sequel, then you no doubt remember a particularly chilling sequence when paranormal investigators Lorraine and Ed Warren (Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson) have a run-in with the disturbing spirit of an evil nun. Well, if you're still having nightmares about it, we have news: the first trailer for the spinoff of the movie all about said evil spirit, The Nun, is here.

The teaser opens with a warning that you should "watch until the end," and only gets creepier from there. It's a prequel to the other films in The Conjuring universe (including the Annabelle movies), and follows a young nun (Taissa Farmiga) as she's haunted by visions of the same demon the Warrens see years later. Because of her ability to see the demon, a priest recruits her for a trip to Romania so she can help investigate a series of spooky occurrences. Needless to say, it gets real f*cked up, real fast.
