Is One Direction Breaking Up? Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson Have Clarified the Rumors

Rumors circulated this week that months after Zayn Malik left One Direction, the band would reportedly be taking an extended hiatus beginning in March 2016. Remaining members Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan have been keeping busy on their recent tour, and supposedly they will continue to promote their next album (expected for a release later this year) through February before taking a break to focus on solo projects. Horan and Tomlinson broke the group's silence to comment on the story, just as the collective minds of One Direction fans were melting.
