Steven Spielberg's Ready Player One Adaptation Looks Phenomenal
Steven Spielberg has adapted Ernest Cline's 2011 novel Ready Player One, and the latest teaser is a whirlwind through pop culture and a hint at the love story underneath all the action. Tye Sheridan (X-Men: Apocalypse) is starring as Wade Owen Watts, a member of the "Missing Millions," a generation that has nowhere to go but the OASIS, a virtual world where you can walk among every figure from movies and TV, from the Iron Giant to Freddy Krueger. The Comic-Con teaser and official trailer that debuted over the last few months introduced us to this futuristic world, which has us even more excited for the film's March 30 release. Olivia Cooke, Letitia Wright, Ben Mendelsohn, and Simon Pegg will also star in the adaptation, so watch the magical new teaser above!
