Almost a decade after the first film was released, it was announced this week that there's a third Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants movie on the horizon. The first book in Ann Brashares's popular series came out in 2001, and the film adaptation hit theaters in 2005. Following the movie's success, a sequel came three years later, bringing in scenes and storylines from the second, third, and fourth books. A final book, Sisterhood Everlasting, hit shelves in March 2012, and the upcoming film is set to pick up where the last book does — 10 years later.
