Blake, Colton, and Jason Had a Group Text About Who Was Going to Be the Next Bachelor

If I had my heart broken on national TV, I'd probably go into hibernation for an indefinite amount of time, but Bachelorette runner-up Blake Horstmann is doing just fine. In fact, he said he's "definitely over it." After Becca Kufrin gave Garrett Yrigoyen her final rose, Bachelor Nation mourned for Blake. The passionate 28-year-old kept a low profile following the reality series and eventually was able to move on. In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, he's opening up about what it took for him to move on, how he actually thought he was going to be the next Bachelor, and what his dating life has been like recently.

"It was funny: 'After the Final Rose,' not really seeing her, that helped me [move on], but actually seeing them together," Blake said. "When I saw them together on that couch, how happy they were, I was like, 'OK, ready to move on!'" He added that he and Becca haven't spoken since the special.

The most surprising thing that came out of his interview was Blake sharing that he actually thought he was going to be the next Bachelor. "Me, Jason, and Colton are really good friends and were all very transparent throughout the whole thing, texting each other, 'What have you heard?'" he shared about them all wondering who would be the next Bachelor. "We got the call the day before and that was it."

While there were some rumors that Blake was hanging out with Kristina Schulman, he explained that they're just friends, and he's "been dating," but not seriously. Read on to watch the video of Blake, and see photos of what he's been up to since The Bachelorette.
