When the large and loud McCallister family plans a Christmas vacation out of town, 10-year-old Kevin (played by an adorable Macaulay Culkin) is mistakenly left behind during the hustle and bustle. At first, Kevin is excited about his newfound freedom and takes advantage of his independence.
