After tumultuous relationship histories on both ends, Lopez and Marc Anthony made it work for over seven years. They had their twins, Max and Emme, and even after their split are known to be coparenting. The former couple even shared an onstage kiss during the Latin Grammys in 2016. And Lopez always shouts him out on Father's Day, showing her appreciation for him being such a good father to their kids. While many of us didn't see this breakup coming, Lopez shares in her memoir why she thinks the marriage never had a true shot at success.
"Marc came back into my life three days after I should have been at the altar saying 'I do' to another man," she wrote. ""Thinking back, maybe deep down I knew that this was a Band-Aid on the cut, that my wound hadn't been stitched or healed. But I pushed all that to the back of my mind. Because life takes unpredictable twists and turns, right? And you've just got to go with what you feel is best in the moment."
