Ryan Bellamy (Teddy Sears) and his daughter find themselves in sleepy Evergreen, VT, while making their way to the airport for a Christmas getaway. During this pitstop, they meet veterinarian Allie Shaw (Ashley Williams). Allie is getting ready to leave Vermont for Washington DC to reunite with her long-distance boyfriend, in hopes of rekindling their stale relationship. However, both parties' plans start to fall apart when they're unable to exit Evergreen due to a bit of Christmas magic and some unsuspecting Christmas wishes.
