Jennifer Garner's Response to "Thank U, Next" Was So Totally Awesome, It Made Ariana Scream

Ariana Grande left the internet completely shaken after the release of the "Thank U, Next" music video, and even the celebrities referenced were eager to respond. Throughout the five-minute video, the 25-year-old singer drew on movies from the early 2000s, namely Legally Blonde, Bring It On, Mean Girls, and 13 Going on 30. Reese Witherspoon extended her kudos to Grande for her flawless "bend and snap," and shortly after, Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo sweetly praised the singer's tribute to their iconic film.

Garner shared a clip of the music video on Instagram after seeing Grande channel her character Jenna Rink. In the video, Grande recreated a heartbreaking scene where Jenna Rink took her dream house and said goodbye to Matty, the boy she loved.

"Every now and then something comes along and just brightens your day," she wrote in the caption. Grande quickly wrote back, thanking Jennifer for the "inspiration and joy" she got while watching 13 Going on 30. Jennifer responded and promised that she'd get Ruffalo and Judy Greer back together to "Thriller" with her "any day of the week and twice on Sundays."

But Garner isn't the only one who showered Grande with love following the video's release. Ruffalo said he was eating Razzles in her honor, a special nod to one of the movie's sweetest scenes.
