Kelly and Kenny went through quite the journey together on "Love Is Blind." The pair were a fan-favorite couple on the show, but many were utterly shocked when Kelly declined to marry Kenny at the altar in the finale. They agreed that the show was transformative for them both, and neither regretted the experience. In the reunion episode, Kenny attended with his then-fiancé (now wife) Alexandra Garrison.
As of 2023, the exes don't seem to communicate much. Kenny married Alexandra on April 30, 2022, and the two frequently post on social media together. Kelly, on the other hand, is currently single.
