From Blue Ivy to Wizkid, See All the Artists Featured on Beyoncé's Black Is King Visual Album

Beyoncé's "Mood 4 Eva" features elements from "Diaraby Nene," written and performed by Oumou Sangaré, a Grammy Award-winning Malian Wassoulou musician. Wassoulou music is popular in West Africa and features recurring lyrical themes, such as childbearing and fertility. Sangaré was previously a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization.

JAY-Z is featured on Beyoncé's "Mood 4 Eva."

Tiwa Savage — a Nigerian singer, songwriter and actress — is featured on Beyoncé's "Keys to the Kingdom" with Mr Eazi. Savage began her music career doing backup vocals for artists such as George Michael and Mary J. Blige. Her contributions to African music have since earned her several awards, including the title of best African act at the 2018 MTV Europe Music Awards.

Wizkid is a Nigerian singer and songwriter known for his afrobeats, reggae, and hip-hop music. He is featured on Beyoncé's "Brown Skin Girl" on Black Is King and was also featured on Drake's "One Dance" in 2016.

Major Lazer is a Jamaican-American electronic dance trio fronted by Diplo alongside DJ Walshy Fire and DJ Ape Drums. The group has earned a Billboard Music Award for their hit "Lean On" and can be heard on Black Is King's "Already."

Jessie Reyez is a Canadian singer and songwriter who is featured on Beyoncé's "Scar" with 070 Shake. Reyez's 2018 album, Being Human in Public, earned her R&B/soul recording of the year at the 2019 Juno Awards and a nomination for best urban contemporary album at the 2020 Grammy Awards.

Pharrell makes an appearance on the Black Is King track "Water."

Tierra Whack can be heard on the track "My Power" from the Black Is King album. An American rapper, singer, and songwriter, Whack released her debut studio album, Whack World, in 2018. She earned a nomination for best music video at the 2019 Grammy Awards for her 2017 single "Mumbo Jumbo."

Blue Ivy Carter is featured on "Brown Skin Girl," alongside Beyoncé, Saint JHN, and Wizkid.

Saint JHN is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer who is featured on Beyoncé's "Brown Skin Girl." He is best known for his 2016 hit "Roses," and is also a founding member of the Gødd Complexx music collective.

Yemi Alade appears on "My Power" and "Don't Jealous Me" from Beyoncé's Black Is King visual album. Alade is a Nigerian Afropop singer and songwriter who performed at this year's Global Goal: Unite For Our Future virtual event alongside artists Miley Cyrus, Shakira, and Coldplay.

Also known as Danielle Balbuena, 070 Shake is featured on Black Is King's "Scar" alongside Jessie Reyez. Balbuena is an American hip-hop recording artist and has made guest appearances on Kanye West's "Ghost Town" and "Violent Crimes." Her first studio album Modus Vivendi was released on Jan. 17, 2020.

Kendrick Lamar performs "Nile" with Beyoncé on Black Is King.

Burna Boy is a Nigerian singer and songwriter who won best international act at the 2019 BET Awards. After the release of his fourth studio album African Giant in July 2019, he won album of the year at the 2019 All Africa Music Awards and was also nominated for best world music album at the 62nd Grammy Awards. Burna Boy performs "Ja Ara E" on Black Is King.

Childish Gambino appears on "Mood 4 Eva" alongside Beyoncé, JAY-Z, and Oumou Sangaré.

Mr Eazi is a Nigerian singer and songwriter featured on Beyoncé's "Keys to the Kingdom" and "Don't Jealous Me." His 2015 single "Skin Tight" featuring Efya earned him an international audience and he is best known for his creation of Banku music, which is a fusion sound described as a mixture of traditional Ghanaian highlife music with Nigerian chord progressions and patterns.

DJ Lag is a South African DJ and producer featured on "My Power" from Black Is King. He is best known as one of the creators of Gqom, a genre of EDM that emerged in Durban, South Africa, in the early 2010s.

Shatta Wale is a Ghanaian singer, songwriter, actor, and the CEO of record label Shatta Movement Empire. His music career took off with his 2004 single, "Moko Hoo," featuring Tinny, and he is currently the most awarded dancehall artist in Africa. Wale is best known for his single "Dancehall King" and was awarded artist of the year at the 2015 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. He can be heard on the Black Is King track "Already."

Busiswa is an African artist from the Eastern cape city of Umtata in Norwood who was introduced as part of the South African music scene with her appearance on DJ Zinhle's worldwide hit "My Name Is" in 2012. She can be heard on Beyoncé's "My Power."

Nija Charles, professionally known as Nija, is an American songwriter and record producer who began her professional music career by writing songs for Beyoncé and JAY-Z, such as "Heard About Us" and "LoveHappy." Nija has also written and produced for artists such as Lady Gaga, Cardi B, Kehlani, Ariana Grande, Chloe x Halle, and Jason Derulo. She can be heard on the Black Is King track "My Power."

Moonchild Sanelly is a South African musician and dancer featured on "My Power." Sanelly first gained recognition for her poetry, and is best known for her signature blue hair, sex-positive attitude, and her self-created music genre: "Future ghetto punk." Her music is a combination of experimental electronic, afro-punk, edgy-pop, hip-hop, kwaito, and some jazz.

Salatiel is a well-known Cameroonian music executive featured on "Water" on Black Is King. He has produced a large percentage of Cameroonian hit songs since 2014, and he announced the upcoming release of his first international album Africa represented in July 2019.

Tekno — aka Augustine Miles Kelechi — is a Nigerian singer and songwriter featured on "Don't Jealous Me." His 2015 single "Duro" earned him awards for best pop extra video at the Nigeria Music Video Awards in 2015 and best new act at the MTV Africa Music Awards in 2016.
