In this Bollywood classic, frequent screen partners Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol star as Rahul and Anjali, college friends who find themselves in two different love triangles a decade apart.

In college, tom-boyish Anjali is in love with Rahul, but she doesn't muster up the courage to reveal her true feelings until he's already in love with their schoolmate Tina. Heartbroken, Anjali switches schools and falls out of touch with Rahul and Tina, who ultimately marry.

Tragically, Tina dies in childbirth, leaving behind a daughter named after Anjali.
