Staying Up Till Midnight Won't Be a Problem With These 38 New Year's Movies

Desperate to overcome her writer's block, breakthrough music artist Layne (Dia Frampton) books a flight back home to spend New Year's Eve with her best friend, Cassie (Ashley Argota). Once in Nashville, Layne pays a visit to a psychic, who advises her to return to the source that originally inspired her to write music. That night, Layne and Cassie spend their New Year's Eve on a wild goose chase as they try to track down Layne's ex-girlfriend Caroline (Kelly Lynn Reiter), whom she never fully got over. However, as the night progresses, Layne begins to think that maybe Caroline was never the problem, and maybe her muse has been right beside her all along.
