In addition to Moore returning to voice Miles Morales, the animated feature also includes Hailee Steinfeld as Gwen Stacy; "Atlanta" star Brian Tyree Henry and Luna Lauren Vélez as Miles's parents; "Moon Knight"'s Oscar Isaac as Miguel O'Hara, aka Spider-Man 2099; Jake Johnson as Peter B. Parker; Issa Rae as Jessica Drew, better known as Spider-Woman; and Daniel Kaluuya as Hobart "Hobie" Brown, aka Spider-Punk — a homeless teen who becomes a hero who defends the citizens of New York. Jason Schwartzman voices the villain the Spot.
