Watch Chris Stapleton Nail the National Anthem at the 2023 Super Bowl

Country-music superstar Chris Stapleton sang the national anthem at Super Bowl LVII on Sunday, Feb. 12, at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ, and it's not to be missed. He was joined by actor Troy Kotsur, who performed the anthem in American Sign Language. Kotsur, who's from Arizona, became the first deaf man to win an Oscar back in March 2022 for his work in Apple TV+'s "CODA."

The anthem performance is another high-profile moment for Stapleton. On Feb. 5, the country singer performed at the Grammys with Stevie Wonder, playing guitar while they sang "Higher Ground." The memorable show was part of a Motown tribute medley.

The Super Bowl sees Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs face off against Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles. The Chiefs won the Super Bowl in 2019 and returned to the championship in 2020, where they lost to Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Meanwhile, the Eagles last won the championship in 2018, when they beat Brady and the New England Patriots.

Meanwhile, the highly anticipated Super Bowl halftime show will feature Rihanna as the headliner, though it's probable she'll also bring out special guests during her set.
