Watch the Heartwarming Moment When a Baby Sees His Mom For the First Time

A Seattle baby with a rare eye condition brought an entire room to tears when he saw his mother for the very first time.

Four-month-old Leo Reppond was born with oculocutaneous albinism, a condition that affects the color of a person's hair, skin, and eyes, and often results in eyesight issues. But LA-based pediatric ophthalmologist Kenneth Wright designed a pair of thick rubber glasses that would give the tot the ability to clearly see for the first time.

And the moment when Leo sees — a few seconds after his vision adjusts to his new glasses — is the most heartwarming thing you've ever seen. As his mother says, "Hi, honey," the little boy sheepishly looks up at her and the biggest smile spreads across his face.

"I had some issues holding the camera because I was crying so much," Leo's father, David, told the Daily Mail. "I was overwhelmed with emotion. It's just very touching. You cannot anticipate how you're going to feel when something like that happens."

Lucky for us, we all get to feel it too!
