Childhood Cancer Survivor Photos
Before and After Photos of Children Cancer Survivors Will Melt Your Heart

The photo above shows two different sides to one very remarkable boy. On the left we see Noah, a 4-year-old who has been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. Given the rareness and severity of the disease, the doctors have told Noah's parents he has a 50 percent chance of surviving. On the right we see Noah, a 7-year-old who has beaten cancer thanks to countless chemotherapy treatments and a bone marrow transplant. Noah is just one of the survivors featured in the University of Mississippi Health Care's "My Life Is Proof" campaign, which shines a light on the hospital's patients who have battled and beaten cancer. Organizers hope that as the youngest patient featured in the campaign, Noah serves as a reminder that even the smallest person has the strength to beat such a powerful disease.
