Watch This "Cool Kids" Parody Made Just For Moms

Echosmith's "Cool Kids" was the sleeper hit of 2014, creeping onto playlists as the year came to a close. But once you heard it, you found yourself humming it relentlessly. The song, about a boy and girl who want to be noticed, lends itself perfectly to parents, too, thanks to Laughing Moms' "Cool Moms" parody. The Texas moms who caught our eye with their "I Just Can't Clean This Place" parody are back with an anthem for moms who stand on the outskirts of the cliques that form on the school drop-off line. With lyrics like "I wish that I could be like the cool moms 'cause all cool moms give back when they buy TOMS" and "I wish that I could be like the cool moms 'cause all the cool moms sing all the cool songs," we're sure all moms can relate to it at some point.

But if it all sounds a bit too materialistic, take note. The women at Laughing Moms don't think we should be striving to be something we're not. At the end of the video, they ask moms to stop comparing themselves and to "appreciate how amazing it is to be a mom. . . . You are the whole world to your children, and we can't think of anything cooler than that."
