Staying fit and healthy is so much easier when you have a support system, people who will work out with you and push you to your limits — but this family is taking #FitFam to the next level! Aleksandra Pieronczyk of Sportsmama is showing how her family gets down with fitness, much of which includes her son being used as a dumbbell — though the boy does an adorable push-up.
