Beau Coffron, like many other dads, is grateful to Disney for putting a smile on his kids' faces. The difference between Beau and most other dads, though, is that he's a genius with a bento box and healthy food and creates amazing lunches for his children that look just like those characters that constantly put smiles on their faces — and are the highlight of his family's week.
"Normally the lunches are a surprise, but sometimes they give me ideas or request a lunch. The cool thing is that this has really helped me pay closer attention to what they are liking. This makes me more aware as a parent and gives me ideas for lunches," Beau told us.
