Save on some fun thanks to All You. Museum Day Live! by Smithsonian Magazine will be offering free tickets for Saturday, Sept. 26, at participating spots. Read on for more details.
Mark your calendars for Museum Day Live!, an event hosted by Smithsonian Magazine: On Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015, museums across the country — science centers, art museums and galleries, children's museums — are adopting the Smithsonian's free-entry policy. Here's how it works:
Visit the Museum Day Live! page and click on the Tickets tab. After you register, you'll be prompted to select which museum you'd like to visit from a drop-down menu of participating spots. (Want to check out who's offering the deal first? Find museums in your area that are a part of the promotion.) Participating museums include spots like the Louisville Science Center, Kansas City's Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Air & Space Museum in San Diego.
Pick the museum you'd like to visit, then download and print your free ticket. Come Sept. 26, the ticket gets you and one guest into the museum you selected. (Only one ticket is allowed per email address.)
Today's the first day these free tickets are available. Download yours now, and you'll be ahead of the game once school starts.
