The day your baby finally transitions to eating solids is an occasion worth celebrating — which is probably why Jana Kramer took to Instagram to document her first major purchase of baby food for her 4-month-old daughter, Jolie Rae Caussin.
"And it begins," she captioned the snapshot of nearly two dozen jars of pureed baby foods.
Kramer, a country singer who also starred on the TV show One Tree Hill, quickly noticed that the comments her photo was getting weren't all that positive. After reading enough posts from parents who make their own organic foods, refuse to give their baby toxins, and detest anything store-bought or commercially manufactured, she had enough.
She returned to Instagram with a new photo:
"I have been very open with pictures of my daughter and our journey," she wrote in the caption. "If you have negative comments about how I parent my child, keep it to yourself!"
