A beloved custodian at Hickerson Elementary School in Tullahoma, TN, was presented with a birthday surprise that brought him to tears. For Mr. James's birthday on Oct. 23, all of the Kindergarten classes learned "Happy Birthday" in sign language to sing to the custodian, who is deaf. In a video taken by the school and shared to Twitter, Mr. James can be seen walking into a classroom to the sight of the little ones signing, and his reaction is so overwhelmingly sweet that we can't hold it together.
Watch the video above for his reaction (you might want a tissue handy), and read Twitter users' positive comments ahead.
