The hospital staff at the Advocate Children's Hospital in Illinois certainly knows how to dial up the cuteness factor with their annual "parade of little ones." Recently, they took photos and even shot an adorable video to celebrate the babies who were spending their first Fourth of July in the NICU. Thanks to some helpful nurses, the smallest residents got all dolled up to ring in America's birthday, and we can hardly contain ourselves.
