Thanks to the dedication of some excited parents, friends and family can witness a mom-to-be's physical transformation in mere minutes or seconds, instead of nine months. While each version is pretty mesmerizing, it takes a truly creative time-lapse video to stand out from all of the stop-motion pregnancy clips floating across the web. With this in mind, one couple decided to do something unique in order to document their pregnancy.

To show what was happening to his wife's body, Matan Tamarkin took photos of Shani Maivar Tamarkin's growing bump every day as she sucked in air from a balloon. When the photos were combined to create their unique clip, the resulting video showcases Shani's balloon slowly deflating as her belly grows.
