Update: Superfit Sarah Stage Has Delivered an Adorable and Healthy Baby

Remember Sarah Stage, the gorgeous model whose killer abs atop her small baby bump got everyone talking? The wife and mother had her son, James Hunter, four days ago, and she didn't hesitate to share an adorable photo of her newborn with her nearly two million Instagram followers. She also wanted to share an important message: that her baby is completely healthy, weighing in at 8.7 pounds and 22 inches.

Sarah faced a lot of criticism from people who thought she made her pregnancy more about keeping her body fit and less about developing a healthy baby. She also had a lot of supporters who felt that as long as the baby was healthy, no one should judge the way Sarah looked. Check out the photos of Sarah's pre- and postpregnancy journey.

Sarah said she's not getting back into working out just yet. "4 days post baby. Total pregnancy weight gain was 28 pounds. I'm excited to resume my workouts in 5 weeks!!" she wrote.
