A good muffin works any time of day. Wonderful to grab and go on busy mornings or for an afternoon snack to fill grumbling tummies, the flavor combo of strawberries and oatmeal makes for a kid-friendly bite that is adult-approved too.
Strawberry Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup oats
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup strawberries
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, blend together the yogurt, milk, oil, egg, salt, and sugars until everything is smooth.
- Add the oats and stir, then sprinkle in the flour.
- Now add the baking powder and baking soda, and stir to incorporate.
- Fold in the strawberries, then scoop into greased muffin tins.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
