Seeing a woman become a mother for the first time is a truly special experience, but at a recent birth, photographer Callynth Finney was also able to witness the mom-to-be's mother become a grandma for the very first time. And the woman's candid reaction, which Callynth caught on camera, will move you to tears.
During the birth of the baby, who is a young couple's first child, the grandmother-to-be stood supportively by her daughter's side. At the moment the baby officially entered the world, Callynth snapped the perfect photo: the brand new grandma with her hand to her mouth and in tears, marveling at her newborn grandchild who is just a blur in the bottom of the shot.
If this isn't the definition of sweet, I'm not sure what is.
