When it comes to holiday traditions, few things can overshadow the popularity of the gingerbread house (save for maybe Elf on the Shelf). It's always been a great way for families to get together and make a huge mess building the empire of their dreams. And leave it to Target to sell a festive kit that features not a house, but Santa getting his camp on.
