Jenna Bush Hager announced she was expecting her third childher first baby boy! — back in April (and now he's here!); and at the time, it definitely felt like it was all happening fairly quickly, as she was already five months along when she shared her news! Typically, many women wait to share pregnancy news publicly until about the three-month mark, and for a television personalty like Jenna, it likely gets harder and harder to hide a growing bump when you're constantly on-camera — but the reason the Today Show host waited until about five-and-a-half months in to tell people actually had a lot to do with her friendship with her co-anchor, Hoda Kotb.

Jenna says she was nervous to talk to Hoda, who just welcomed her second daughter, Hope, through adoption, as the adoption news hadn't been announced when Jenna first found out she was expecting. "We were starting this new show, and I'm thrilled, and I'm grateful, but I was also a little nervous because there's a lot going on; and I knew Hoda wanted a baby more than anything in the world," Jenna told Hoda & Jenna guest host Meredith Vieira. "I think she knew [about Hope], but she was keeping it close. I sat down with her and told her . . . 'I have some news,' and she said, 'Wait, you don't want to do the show anymore?' and I said, 'No, I have good news!' And she wept out of happiness."

How sweet is their friendship?
