Katy Perry's Postpartum Selfie Just 4 Days After Giving Birth Is Refreshing As Hell

Of all Katy Perry's noteworthy looks, her latest ensemble — snapped in her bathroom four days after giving birth — might just be her most refreshing one yet.

During Sunday's virtual MTV VMAs, the new mom posted a mirror selfie to her Instagram Stories that put her postpartum body on full display, complete with maternity underwear by Frida Mom and — in true "stars really are just like us" fashion — a breast-pumping bra by good ol' Medela.

The Grammy nominee even gave a shout-out to her, ahem, glam squad: "Hair n makeup by: @exhaustion," she joked.

The post was appropriately set to Katy's song, "Not the End of the World," which features the lyrics, "No, not the end of the world / Throw on your fancy attire, fears to the fire / Don't lose hope." It also comes less than a week after she and fiancé Orlando Bloom welcomed baby Daisy and serves as such a welcome, honest portrayal of what those first few days can feel like for a mother following the birth of her child.

We hope Katy continues to provide such an unfiltered look at this phase of life for her fans — it certainly looks good on her!
