These New Parents Fell Asleep During Their Baby's Newborn Photos, and Wow, Relatable!
Becoming a parent can change everything for a person, but the most notable, most talked-about aspect of new parenthood has to be the sleep deprivation that everyone tries to prepare you for, but still hits you like a ton of bricks. For two new parents who brought their newborn to have his photos taken by Simply Joyful Moments Photography, that lack of sleep caught up with them in a hilarious but sweet way — and it was all caught on camera.
"While I was busy posing baby, my assistant whispered at me to turn around and I saw mom and dad snoozing on the couch during the session," photographer Sarah Jankowski wrote on Facebook alongside a photo snapped by her assistant of the new parents cuddled and asleep in the background while she posed baby in the foreground. "Every parent knows the sleep-deprived exhaustion that comes with having a newborn, we've all been there! ❤️ I'm so grateful they trusted me enough with their brand new little one that they were able to get in a much deserved nap."
