Daytime Disturbances

If I could stop the world from functioning at nap time, I would. If that means no low-flying aircrafts, no UPS or Fedex package deliveries, and no thunderstorms, then so be it. And is it just me or are sirens on emergency vehicles especially loud during nap time?
