Although some women feel more energetic during pregnancy, some (read: many) women may still need that little boost from their daily cup of joe (or maybe coffee is a luxury in their daily routine that they're not willing to give up). So if you're in that boat, it's important to know whether you can still make a daily stop at Dunkin' Donuts or not. In short, you can!

Consuming caffeine while pregnant isn't completely off-limits, but it is recommended that you consume less than 200 milligrams of caffeine per day — and yes, decaf does include a few milligrams — while a tiny human is sharing your body with you.

So what does this mean for your iced coffee obsession? Check out our handy guide ahead to find out how to keep running on Dunkin' throughout your pregnancy (or if you prefer Starbucks, check out what to order there during your pregnancy — and which drinks your kiddo can enjoy with you!).

PS: Don't forget a doughnut — baby definitely wants one of those.

Hot Brewed Coffee

Available in Original Blend, Dark Roast, and Dunkin' Decaf, Dunkin's hot coffee isn't totally off limits. A small cup of the Original Blend or Dark Roast has about 150 mg and 117 mg of caffeine, respectively, making one of those the perfect morning cup during your pregnancy. If you need a little bit more joe, the decaf blend has just 7 mg in a small, 10 mg in a medium, 15 mg in a large, and 18 mg in an extra large!

Iced Coffee

If you're an iced coffee gal, a fully caffeinated, 16-ounce small cup will bring you just about to your daily limit, as it contains 198 mg of caffeine. If you go decaf iced, you can enjoy any of the sizes, as a large has just 35 mg, a medium has 27, and a small clocks in at 18 mg. A similar value applies for a small frozen coffee — you'll just about hit your daily limit with its 196 mg of caffeine.

If you prefer a more full-bodied iced coffee, feel free to enjoy a small cup of Dunkin's cold brew, which contains 174 mg.

Espresso Drinks

Espresso Drinks

Espresso drinks actually vary a bit when it comes to caffeine values. If you're a straight shooter, you can enjoy a shot of espresso for 98 mg or a double for 151 mg. For cappuccino- or latte-lovers, the same applies — a small cup has one shot of espresso, so 98 mg, or 151 mg for a medium with two shots (a large decaf latte will run you about 7 mg, so go HAM on the decaf, mama!). For those who prefer macchiatos or an Americano, a small is all you'll be able to work with, as each contains 197 mg of caffeine.

Dunkaccino

Dunkaccino

A mix between rich hot chocolate and freshly brewed coffee, the Dunkaccino is a drink you can enjoy in any size cup. A small will run you about 56 mg, a medium 83 mg, a large 116 mg, and an extra large 125 mg.

In each 13.7-ounce bottle of Dunkin' iced coffee, you can find 171 mg of caffeine. If this is your go-to Dunkin' beverage, one a day brings you nearly to your limit!

Teas

Teas

Although Dunkin's teas do contain caffeine, you can enjoy pretty much any hot or iced tea in any size. For hot black and green teas, find between 67 and 143 mg per cup, depending on size. For iced black or green teas, find 45 mg in a small, 67 mg in a medium, and 90 mg in a large.
