Lego Movie World Is Now Open, and Yep, It's Awesome — See Photos of the Legoland Addition

Lego Movie World is officially open for awesomeness! On March 27, Legoland Florida Resort in Winter Haven welcomed visitors to its new expansion inspired by The Lego Movie, in case that wasn't already clear. To borrow the funny flick's catchphrase, it's pretty . . . awesome.

The new theme park area houses Masters of Flight, a theater ride that transports riders through the Lego Movie universe; Unikitty's Disco Drop, a drop tower ride suitable for little ones; and Battle of Bricksburg, a water ride. There's also The Awesome Shop for souvenirs, Taco Everyday for food, and Emmet's Super Suite, where visitors can meet characters from the movie.
