Kate Hudson's 15-Year-Old Son Jokingly Called Her Out For Posting Without His Permission

No matter how technologically savvy celebrity parents are, their kids will never be satisfied! Take Kate Hudson, for example. After posting an adorable family video to wish her brother, Oliver Hudson, a happy birthday, her 15-year-old son, Ryder Robinson, had some thoughts. "Mom you didn't ask me if you could post this 🙄😂," the teenage son of Kate and Chris Robinson commented on Instagram. She responded to his comment with a heart-face emoji.

The video was pretty cute, if we do say so ourselves. We see Kate; her boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa; their 11-month-old daughter, Rani; and Kate's sons, 15-year-old Ryder and 8-year-old Bingham, singing to their uncle Ollie (while harmonizing, of course).

"To a man who deserves a huge hip hip hooray for the day he was born! @theoliverhudson you are a special human and we are so grateful for your commitment to being the best human you could possibly be and that we get the benefits of your awesomeness, love and laughter. Love you bro! #HappyBirthday 🎂," Kate captioned the video.

Based on Ryder's emoji choice in the comment, it's clear he was joking with his mom, but it's bringing up the question of whether parents should post their kids on social media without their consent. Earlier this year, the same question was brought up with Gwyneth Paltrow and her 14-year-old daughter, Apple Martin, who was not pleased with her mom's photo choice for a birthday post. Ryder was kidding, but if kids are old enough to be on social media, it's a good idea to run the post by them before sharing. Watch the video and see more photos of Kate's sweet family ahead.
