Glastonbury is no match for any other music festival I've been to. The five-day-long event in the United Kingdom attracts almost 200,000 people to the green rolling hills. This year, Hunter Boots took me on the adventure of a lifetime where I got to fully experience the festival. The iconic acts, wild art installations, and unique food booths made it one of the most memorable experiences of my life.

This isn't your shorts and sandals sort of vibe, though this year the hot weather turned the event's signature style on its head. Hunter boots are truly considered an iconic look for Glastonbury, and you'll see hundreds of people wearing them just walking around the site.

The key is versatility and comfort — most people are camping in tents for the duration of the festival.

So what did I pack for the big event? The key is versatility and comfort — most people are camping in tents for the duration of the festival. I opted for easy statement dresses that would keep me cool in the day but could be layered with jackets for the chilly nights. The best formula for keeping my outfits transitional was incorporating lightweight jackets, hands-free bags, and, of course, wellies into my looks.

If you've ever contemplated attending Glastonbury Festival, first of all, do it. Secondly, I created a packing guide detailing the essentials that made my trip all the more enjoyable. Read on to see what you'll need to bring along with you, then get ready to book that ticket for next year. I'm already plotting my return.

I love this Hunter Refined Waterproof Garden Jacket ($207, originally $345); I've been wearing it every day since the festival ended.
